Woodstopia 2025

Pack your tents boys and girls, we are going camping and racing for the 3rd annual Woodstopia! This years Woodstopia is also one of the four total NATIONAL Street League Spec Drone Racing Events!

Woodstopia returns for a 3rd year hosted by the same organization that hosts Whooptopia in Phoenix AZ every year! This will be a three(3) or more day camping event full of racing all weekend long!

Event Dates:
August 22nd (Event set up / Street League Qualifying
August 23rd Qualifying Day for both classes
August 24th Double Loss elimination Brackets for both classes

Qualifying for Street League is both Friday evening and Saturday evening.

Pilots will be looking to get their best 2-3 consecutive lap times. (Dependent on track length)

Come Sunday evening we will be running one big Double Loss Elimination Bracket! Note: Only top 48 pilots are awarded points towards their street cred.

Qualifying for Open Class is during the day Saturday.

Pilots will be looking to get their best 2-3 consecutive lap times. (Dependent on track length)

Come Sunday we will split all the pilots into 2 different classes (Pro and Sports Class) and run a Double Loss Elimination Bracket for both classes.

Friday August 22nd:
- 4:45pm - 5:30pm: Tech inspection
- 5:30pm - 10:30pm: Street League Qualifying

Saturday August 23rd:
- 8:30am - 9:00am: Pilot Check in (Open Classes) Be prepared to go through tech inspection to ensure you have your failsafe setup, and are on 25mW VTX output!
- 9:00am - 9:15am: Track Walk Through / Pilot Meeting
- 9:15am - 4:00pm: Qualifying for Open Class
- 4:00pm - 5:00pm: Downtime for pilots to eat dinner / relax
- 5 00pm - 5:30pm: Pilot Check in for Street League racing / Tech inspection (make sure you are fully to spec for Street League! Firmware, Weight, props, and battery)!
- 5:30pm - 11:00pm: More Street League Qualifying
- 11:00pm - ???: Party like a rockstar all night long! But be responsible and always respect the other campers nearby!

- 10:00am - 10:30am: Pilot Check In (Open Class Eliminations)
- 10:30am - 1:00pm: Double Loss Elimination Bracket for Sports Class Open Racing. (33rd-64th place)
- 1:00pm - 3:30pm: Double Loss Elimination Bracket for Pro Class Open Racing. (1st-32nd place from qualifying)
- 3:30pm - 3:45pm: Award Ceremony for both open classes!
- 3:45pm - 4:45pm: Downtime for pilots to eat dinner / relax
- 4:45pm - 6:45pm: Street League Double Loss Elimination Bracket for bottom 16
- 6:45pm - 11:00pm: Street League Double Loss Elimination Bracket for top 48 (4 added from bottom 16)
- 11:00pm-11:15pm; Award Ceremony for Street League class!
