Cigar City MultiRotors – UDL National Qualifier

Join us Friday, May 23rd, as Cigar City MultiRotors hosts the only official Underground Drone League (UDL) National Qualifier in the Southeast. The Top 4 finishers will earn an invite to the UDL National Championship in Ohio later this year.

This is your shot to go toe-to-toe with the Southeast’s fastest and fight for a place on the national stage.

This will be an Igniter Spec Qualifier.
All pilots must meet Underground Drone League Igniter Class requirements, and strict tech inspections will be enforced.

Raceband & VTX Expectations

• Channels: Racebands 1, 3, 5, and 7 @ 25mW (channels may vary)

• Pilots MUST be able to change VTX channels and power

• Frequent channel changes required

• Channels will be assigned at the event and adjusted between heats as needed

Video System Guidelines

• HDZero and Analog are supported and preferred

• Walksnail and DJI may be allowed at race director’s discretion

• DJI Auto and Walksnail default channels are not permitted

• Any system causing interference can and will be pulled from the event.

Drone Requirements

• UDL Igniter Spec REQUIRED for participation in this qualifier

• 25mW max VTX output

• 7:00 PM – Track design & setup

• 8:30 PM – Track walkthrough

• 8:45 PM until completion – Structured Practice, Points Rounds, Bracket, Chase the Ace Final 4.
