Power up your LED's for the very first Seattle Sundown Street League Night Race at Piano Ranch!
Event is open to all Drone Pilots and Skill Levels. Spectators and prospective pilots are also welcome to join and hang out!
*Pilots please register in advance so we can account for the correct number of pilots, and register on the Street League website to have this race count towards season standings. Otherwise we will assign your frequency in person, and you will not earn Street League cred.

Where: Piano Ranch Field - 3608 324Th Ave SE, Fall City, WA 98024
When: Saturday 9/6/25 - 5pm Pilots Meeting & Tech Inspections, 5:30pm Qualifying, 8:30pm Bracket Races, 10:30pm Teardown. We will be racing through evening into the dark, so come prepared for night operations!
Pilot Fee: $15 w/ Club Membership*, $20 w/o Membership. Spectators are FREE.
*Basic Membership to FPV Racing Seattle is $20 or Piano Ranch Membership is $50, good for 1 year. Cash/Paypal accepted.

Frame size - 7" Prop, Street League Approved Frame
Battery size - 5S 2200mAh
Weight - 1280g All Up Weight (Includes Props & Batteries)
Video Transmitter - Analog, HDZero, or DJI O4 in Race Mode
Race Format:
Qualifying sessions will have 6-Pilots racing together with a 2-minute Time Limit.
Qualifying rank is based on total time of your fastest 3 consecutive laps.
Plan to run at least 4 rounds of qualifying in a ZippyQ registration format (If ZippyQ does not work we will default to manually assigned channels).
Pilots will be seeded into the Main Event Races based on Qualifying Rank.
Main Event Races will be Double-Elimination Bracket followed by a Chase-The-Ace Final between Top-6 pilots.
Street League Spec compliance will be checked at tech inspection and call-outs will be honored, so come prepared to prove you are playing by the rules!
Season Championship:
Seattle Sundown will not count towards the 2025 Piano Ranch Summer Season standings since it is not open class, however the plan is for it to count towards Street League 2025 season standings.

Additional Info:
All pilots must have AMA membership (modelaircraft.org) for insurance reasons.
Generator power on-site, but suggest bringing field-charging equipment as backup.
No official restrooms on-site. The nearest gas station is ~2 miles in town. We will be working on obtaining a porta potty for this event, but it is not a guarantee.
Concessions will be available for Seattle Sundown Only! If you are attending the Open Class season race earlier in the day be sure to bring food and drink for then.
Recommended equipment: Folding table, Chair, Canopy, Extension Cord, Bug Repellent, Food/Snacks, Flashlight/Head Lamp.
This will be a night race under limited lighting, it may be advisable to install a beeper or lost model device if your drone goes into the brush in the dark.
